e-baby

Catherine, 45, an Australian expat living in London, has everything – a husband, a career and an international life, everything except a child.

In a desperate attempt to fulfill her dream of motherhood, she hires Nellie, a working mother of two and first-time surrogate, living in the surrogacy-friendly state of Massachusetts in the US.

As they share the highs and lows of pregnancy, we get to know two very different women, both of whom have underestimated the emotional impact of the path they have chosen.

Funny, touching and important, e-baby is written by writer and journalist Jane Cafarella. Jane has created an enthralling story about love, obsession and entitlement, written with humour and compassion.
